All sleepwear purchased from Roselunen is covered by a 30-day quality assurance warranty starting from the date of delivery.

This warranty covers:

Manufacturing defects
Faulty stitching or workmanship
Defective buttons, elastic waistbands, zippers, or decorative details under normal use
Fabric defects that affect the appearance or functionality of the item
Lace, satin, print, or embellishment defects caused during production
Items received with production-related damage

2. What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear from regular use
Damage caused by improper washing, drying, or ironing
Shrinkage, fading, or color transfer resulting from incorrect garment care
Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper storage
Unauthorized alterations, repairs, or modifications
Damage to decorative elements caused by improper handling

3. Warranty Claims

After reviewing your claim, Roselunen may, at its discretion:

Offer store credit where appropriate

Warranty claims are typically reviewed within 3–5 business days after all required information has been received.

If a replacement, refund, or store credit is approved, further instructions will be provided via email.

6. Limitation of Warranty

This warranty is limited to the original purchaser and applies only to products purchased directly from Roselunen. The warranty does not extend beyond the remedies expressly stated in this policy.
